Retained Search
Where the client needs are so specific and so time critical, a retained search
provides the most cost effective method of filling a position. The total cost
is calculated on the basis of the candidate’s expected annual salary and Kelly
& Thomas is advanced 1/3 at commencement of the search, 1/3 after 30 days,
and the final 1/3 at the completion of the assignment.
