Pay for performance; no hire, no cost. Utilizing this service can free up Human Resources’ time and energy to devote to more critical departmental needs. The candidate you want and need may not even be looking. Let us find this candidate for you.

Retained Search
Where the client needs are so specific and so time critical, a retained search provides the most cost effective method of filling a position. The total cost is calculated on the basis of the candidate’s expected annual salary and Kelly & Thomas is advanced 1/3 at commencement of the search, 1/3 after 30 days, and the final 1/3 at the completion of the assignment.
