MAINTENANCE MECHANIC NEEDED!!!!

A leader in Commercial Office Real estate is seeking a Building Engineer to perform preventative maintenance and repair duties on multiple commercial office building space in excess of 1 million sq. feet.
Will be involved with HVAC work, hot water heater, chillers, boilers, plumbing, wall outlets, switches, drywall repair etc.
Also will be involved with tenant relations.

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN COMMERCIAL OFFICE REAL ESTATE!!!
RESIDENTIAL EXPERIENCE NOT APPLICABLE!!
TENANT RELATIONSHIP SKILLS A MUST!!
HVAC SKILLS A MUST. (CERTIFICATION A PLUS)
