Helpdesk Lead/Manager

An established company & leader in their industry is actively seeking an experienced helpdesk professional for a permanent, full-time position.
In this position, you will be responsible for leading a helpdesk team, and have a well-rounded knowledge of windows/unix system support, network/infrastructure support with regard to TCP/IP, web browsers, pc applications, telecommunications equipment, etc...
Qualified candidates will have a bachelor's degree & previous experience working in a stand-alone position overseeing a team in a 24x7 environment.
Bachelor's degree is required!
