That includes strong knowledge of: surface mount assembly; theoretical knowledge of epoxies, metallurgy, plating, solvents, etc...; usage of analytical & design tools, etc... This position will be responsible for development of R&D and qualification plans for manufacturing materials and processes, process improvement, leading design & assembly teams, analyzing failure rates & causes to develop solutions, and process documentation.
