Well known Property Managment client is seeking a Property Accountant to assist the Controller & CFO with all month/year end close activities.

Strong general accounting (General ledger, financial statements, journal entries, account analysis, budgeting) experience required!

Requirements
3-5+ years RESIDENTIAL Property Accounting experience required. (Commercial / retail not applicable)
MUST have experience in Real Estate/Property Management and related real estate software to be considered.
