Description *This is a hybrid position. Looking for a project manager type who can also be involved in the design and implementation of their processes. * This is almost a stand alone role in how hands on it is going to be. The manager can not hold this persons hand and needs them to be able to run with the process from the get go. *Ideal candidates will be out of a Pharma / Biotech company. *Brand Manager experience a must *Risk Management or Sales background is preferred as well. *Must be able to communicate with other agencies and marketing teams effectively *Position will start out at aprox 20% travel but will eventually go to about 30-40% once they get the swing of things in this role. *This person will have a lot of responsibility and wear many hats. *BS in (science) 3 – 6 years of pharmaceutical work experience. *Advanced degree in Business Management / sales experience preferred. *Self-driven *Excellent communication skills and ability to implement processes / strong inter-personal skills and networking abilities.
