Property Accountant (Commercial)

A leader in commercial office real estate is seeking a Property Accountant to be responsible for multiple Class A office buildings in their northeast portfolio.
Will be involved with G/L accounting systems (IBS), collection calls, billing issues, financial statements, deprecation, account analysis, balance sheets, commercial escalation billing, etc.

Minimum 3-5 years experience.
Knowledge of IBS or Skyline G/L systems a plus.
BS degree preferred; If no degree, must have stong commercial accounting experience.
